1. What this is
Tetsuryu is a free, non-commercial community website for a Minecraft nation, run by the person named in the Impressum. Nothing is sold here.
2. Your account
- One account per person, under your own Minecraft name. Staff may check that the name is yours.
- Choose a password used only for this site. Never use your Minecraft account password here. Keep your password to yourself.
- If you are under 16, you need a parent's or guardian's agreement.
3. Behaviour
The national rules apply on this site too. Requests and contributions must be truthful. Links you add must not lead to unlawful, hateful or sexual content.
4. Staff decisions
Admins and the Emperor decide on sign-ups, requests, medals and ranks. You can appeal a decision under Requests → Appeal. Staff may lock an account that breaks the rules; the reason is recorded.
5. Ending
You can delete your account at any time under Me → Settings. The site may change or close; we will announce it on the Hub where possible.
6. Liability
The site is a free hobby project and is offered as it is, without any guarantee that it is always available or free of mistakes. We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence and for harm to life, body or health; otherwise liability is excluded as far as the law allows.
7. Law
German law applies. If one part of these terms is invalid, the rest stays valid.
